Dial A Ride provides low cost door to door service to city destinations and medical facilities by appointment to disabled and senior residents.  The service area is limited to South Pasadena city limits for any purpose and medical offices in Pasadena near Huntington Hospital, Arcadia (limited) and Alhambra (limited).  The service has expanded in 2011 to increase service hours and days.  Destinations included, grocery stores (Vons, Pavilions, Bristol Farms, Trader Joes, Ralphs, 99 Cent Store; banking; post office; recreational & social visits; Farmer’s Market or Gold Line; Regular trips to Target  (Pasadena & Alhambra) and Arcadia Mall.  Multiple trips per day are welcomed so long as they are requested in advance.  Advanced reservation request are required to use the service.
